*The master group account does have the ability to allow “User Agents” to add importer information, however this is not recommended because Customs requires that all importers using Agents must have a signed Power of Attorney. If an agent or importer incorrectly submits an ISF entry without the power of attorney there will be fines and penalties from Customs.
The Sub Users tab of the setup section will allow you to manage the sub-accounts to your ISF entry information. From the main Sub Users tab you may edit existing users, or remove them. Click on “Add” to open a new window to add users.
Once the window is open, you may enter the users ID, password, name and email. Do not forget to set the proper permission levels for that user. Click on “Save” to commit your changes to the FreightStream web application.
The branch information tab allows you to setup identification information to differentiate you users if they are located in separate branches. This is for reference purposes and is not required to use the ISF web application. However, it is recommended to help keep track of multiple users or groups.
The list column tab of the setup section will allow you to customize the ISF main screen that you see when you first log into the FreightStream ISF web application.
To customize this list, simply highlight the selected field from the stock list columns, and move them to the right by clicking the right arrow button. You may also change the sorting appearance by clicking the Up or Down buttons.
Any changes you make will appear instantly once you go back to the ISF main screen. Changing the order or adding and removing fields does not edit the data that has been inputted into the FreightStream web application, it only changes the way it is displayed on the main ISF entry screen. If you want to see detailed information for an ISF entry, you must either search for it via the search tool or select it manually from the ISF main screen.
